Another week of the high school season has passed and we had one of the shockers of the year this week as previous #2 St. Thomas Aquinas (FL) lost 6-3 to Deerfield Beach (FL). As shocking as the loss itself was the fact that Aquinas only managed to score 3 points with the powerful offense they possess. Two other ranked teams lost this week. Previous #14 Westfield (TX) lost to Klein Collins (TX). The impressive road win puts the undefeated Tigers in at #15 this week. Previous #23 St. Joseph Regional (NJ) dropped their second game in a row. That made way for St. Edward (OH) to enter the rankings. The Eagles have an impressive resume with national wins over Gilman (MD), Bergen Catholic (NJ), Cocoa (FL) and Mainland (FL). The other new team in the rankings is LC Bird (VA).
