What a weekend on the high school football circuit. We have a new #1 team (Bishop Gorman) with the former #1 team (Dematha) in the nation falling to their arch rival (Gonzaga). The win moves the Eagles into this week’s top 10 while the Stags fall down to #13. That wasn’t the only upset of the week as previous #16 Spartanburg (SC) fell to Boiling Springs (SC). In a clash of ranked teams St. John Bosco (CA) destroyed Mater Dei (CA) 42-21. The dominant win moves the Braves to #5 this week. De La Salle (CA) was the other big riser of the week moving up to #14 after they demolished a pretty good Long BeachPoly (CA) team 52-6. Gilman (MD) makes their debut this week at #20. Follow us @PrepForce1 to stay on top of the rankings throughout the year. Think your team should be ranked? Let us know about them in the comments below.
