Wide receiver Darnell Salomon is among the best at his position for the 2016 recruiting cycle, and some big schools have been after his commitment so far in the process. Prep Force recently caught up with the Florida native to get his take on a few questions.

Q: Which schools have been recruiting you the hardest?

A: “Florida, LSU, and Bama”

Q: What can you say about Alabama in terms of recruiting?

A: “When other schools see that they (Alabama) offered, it makes them want to get in”

Q: What do you like about LSU?

A: “It was my first offer. They have great receivers and are led by a great coach.”

Q: When would you like to come to a final decision on a school?

A: “Between the end of my junior season and the beginning of my senior season”

Q: What kinds of things do you look at in a potential school?

A: “First is education, and then the roster, who’s leaving who’s coming in, and who else they’re recruiting at receiver”

In the interview, Salomon also talked about how nice the Alabama indoor facility was. I also asked him about Florida’s win-loss record last season, and he added that its “not really” something that matters to him in terms of choosing a school.
