There was not a lot of movement in this weeks rankings. Only one team lost and the others took care of business in games they should have. Bootker T. Washington won the game of the week by going on the road to beat Bishop Gorman. FSU commit Treon Harris continued his incredible season accounting for 3 touchdowns in the win. 1) Booker T. Washington(6-0) – Miami, FL – Put another notch on an already impressive resume with by traveling to Las Vegas and beating national power Bishop Gorman 28-12. Gorman kept it close for most of the game and was only down 14-12 entering the 4th quarter, but the Tornadoes were just too much and pulled away late.
2) Allen (5-0) – Allen, TX – Idle
3) Central (4-1) – Miami, FL – Defeated Homestead 37-20
4) Desoto (5-0) – Desoto, TX – Idle
5) Paramus Catholic (4-0) – Paramus, NJ – Idle
6) St. Joseph’s Regional (3-0) – Montvale, NJ – Defeated Wayne Hill 35-0
7) St. John Bosco (6-0) – Bellflower, CA – Hung 75 points on a supremely over matched Crenshaw team. Get a much tougher test this week in a game against Santa Margarita.
8 ) North Gwinnett (5-0) – Suwanee, GA – Defeated Duluth 52-21
9) Mountain Pointe (7-0) – Phoenix, AZ – Did not suffer a letdown after their big win by beating Desert Vista 49-6
10) University School (7-0) – Ft. Lauderdale, FL – Defeated North Broward Prep 63-0. They have won their last 3 games by a combine score of 160-0. They get a week off before their tough 4 end of season regular season games that will show how truly great this team is.
11) Hoover (6-0) – Hoover, AL – Defeated Bessemer City 48-7
12) St. Edward (6-0) – Lakewood, OH – Compared to their last few games the 41-14 win over Cardinal Mooney was a close one.
13) Katy (5-0) – Katy, TX – Idle
14) Northwestern (6-0) – Rock Hill, SC – Defeated cross town rival South Pointe 27-0.
15) De La Salle (6-0) – Concord, CA – Defeated a good Servite team 35-10
16) Cass Tech (7-0) – Detroit, MI – Defeated Ford 69-0. The Technicians have won their past two games by a combined score of 145-0.
17) Byrnes (5-1) – Duncan, SC – Handily beat one of South Carolina’s better teams, Spartanburg, 35-3.
18) Colerain (6-0) – Cincinnati, OH – Won a high scoring affair over Princeton 56-38. The normally solid defense should not be giving up 38 to teams like Princeton.
19) Junipero Serra (5-0) – Gardena, CA – Idle
20) Bellevue (5-0) – Bellevue, WA – Defeated Juanita 38-14
21) Miramar (6-0) – Miramar, FL – Defeated McArthur 56-0
22) Manatee (6-0) – Bradenton, FL – Defeated Riverview 47-0. They have won their last three games by a combined score of 175-7.
23) Salpointe Catholic (6-0) – Tucson, AZ – Defeated Mountain View 56-9
24) Ensworth (6-0) – Nashville, TN – Gets back in the rankings thanks to the win 35-21 over a very good Montgomery Bell Academy.
25) Blue Springs (6-0) – Blue Springs, MO – Defeated Lee’s Summit North 27-3
