Another week of high school football is in the books and for most teams the regular season is winding down. There was not a lot of movement this week as the top 15 stayed the same but there was some shakeup in the bottom of the rankings thanks to two teams from Ft. Lauderdale falling out. #3 Miami Central solidified their top 3 ranking by handily defeating previous #19 University School to knock them from the rankings. #16 St. Thomas Aquinas was upset on the road by an undefeated Dearfield Beach team to drop them from the top 25. Both teams not enter the state playoffs so their seasons aren’t over so they have a chance to reenter the rankings with a state title. Carroll (Southlake, TX) and Folsom (CA) enter the rankings this week.
